Company History

Chalfont Nannies was started in 1997 by Sara Brower NNEB, who had an extensive knowledge of the childcare industry. Having worked as a Nanny, in a children's hospital, and having run her own nursery in Gibraltar she built Chalfont Nannies into one of the top Nanny Agencies in the area.

In 2004 the agency was taken over by Carrie Philp , who has over 15 years experience working with children. Being NNEB qualified she has worked in hospitals, nurseries and has been a Nanny herself for over 9 years. Having done courses on Child Behaviour, Sign Language, Music And Movement, she was also co-founder of 'Stickee Fingers' an art and craft club for toddlers. Most importantly she is a mother of 2 young children herself.

In June 2010 the agency has been taken over by Joanne White, Who has 17 years experience working with children. Being NNEB & ADCE qualified she has worked as a Nursey Manager,and has been a Nanny herself for 11 years. Having done courses on Child Protection, Health & Safety, Hi Scope Learning and Paediatric First Aid, Importantly she is also the mother of 2 young children herself.
